I have used the standard water based
Drylok on interior concrete block basement walls with great results, I have never used the oil based product or the
Extreme latex. I assume the only real difference in the latex is the ceramic ingredient. The application of any block waterproofer usually requires more product than is listed on the can, and it can be a beast to apply on dry blocks, misting the blocks with H2O before app. does help...
We are talking about raw concrete blocks... right?
