Some small towns west of Fargo (Valley City, Lisbon, etc.) on the Sheyenne river, are having quite a battle now though...ALL TIME record river flows. The snowpak melted so late there.
Even the big Chinook & Blackhawk helicopters are being used for bagging...they pick up & place these big 1-TON sandbags!!!
