Vin you don't need a mirror in that room.
I don't think Travis is up high enough for you to deduct $50. He almost doesn't need a ladder.  ;D

Was he using the famous head brush on the ceiling?  Lol!

That yellow will need a dimmer switch!

Don't knock the yellow BJ. 90% of my interior is varying shades of yellow.  :)

Vin you need to buy a better ladder & get ride of that home owners special.  ;D

Lnyjo

Funny you say that, about 5 years ago my two step broke so I went to my favorite Do it Best local guy.  I grabed the werner and a bunch of other stuff.  When I got on the job I thought the bill sounded high so I looked at the receipt. The werner two step was 65.00 and I thought WOW.  Well I am still saying WOW its one of the best "tools" I have ever used. Its been dropped, thrown, and even half run over.
I have been through 3 sets of new rubber, Where I go it goes.

A good step ladder will also last for many years as well. I paid 60 bucks for my werner 300lb rated step.

Honestly, I wouldn't be caught dead without BOTH of the stepladders I use every day.  Sure, true ladders are a critical tool to own - but honestly, since I do 99% interior work, the small footprint on the high-quality stepladders makes a HUGE difference in tight spaces or in a small room with 3 or 4 folks working all at once...  The only time my full ladders come out is when I am working on a room with ceilings higher than 8' - I am only 5'7" but my 4-step stepladder puts me right at eye level to the ceiling line.

Just offering a little defense for the lowly stepladder.  ;)

Being 5.1, I have plenty of stepladders. Anywhere from 2ft. on up to a 10ft. I was just joking Vin because his ladder looks so much like the fold up one I use in my kitchen to reach the top shelves.  ;D  ;) Actually I usually end up on the counter top to reach the top shelf.

Lyn that ladders held me up for going on 3 years now and I've weighed up to  290 i'm down to 265 today these diuretics i'm on probably going to help me drop a few more pounds :P

I don't even use the step ladder much I prefer a bucket set upside down  ;D knock on wood i've never fallen.

My longer ladders are all good ladders rated for us heavy boys I wont crimp there when i'm up in the air.

I painted my grandmothers exterior of her house about that same color 5 years ago and it already needs a freshen up coat, does yellow fade fast for some reason?

BJ I used the 18" roller on the ceiling to lay down the flat ceiling paint and my arms are still sore from having to press it in so hard,  won't never do that again ::) !
