wanted to no if you can add a little antifreez to paint to keep it from freezing till  its dry ?

Tim...Save the anti-freeze for the work wagon.
Ask your paint dealer for "low Temp" paint. Most paint companies now offer an exterior paint line that can be applied at temps as low as 33%F. You will still need a dry time temperature above freezing, most are labeled with a three or four hour dry time.

When I first started in a journeyman program many many years ago I was told a story about how painters "in the old days" would actually pee in their paint to keep it from freezing in fridgid temps...I've never followed up on it, simply took the stories with the usual wink and a nod...

...Of course paint was formulated differently "in the old days..." ;D :o ;D

I can't think for the life of me why anyone would need to paint below freezing anyway...
