I have read this thread before but never taken the time to respond to it. 'Stang, what a jerk you dealt with and sounds like you handled it well. It is tempting to go buy some chitlins' or something foul (or perhaps fowl ;D) and hiding it in a crevice somewhere while it works up a good STANK.

It always seems like once a job starts to go sour, it rapidly goes from bad to worse.

We all learn from posts like this though, so thanks for sharing your ordeal!
