Yep BJ, she is the single best manager of property that I've ever met. She runs several of these large "compounds", and I have been fortunate to have impressed her with my first contract with her.

This job is actually going to be a test for this homeowner. Considering the massive maintenance responsibilities in the future, it'll be in his best interest to let my friend do her job unimpeded...

sure hope your friend does well w/ that high maintenance property and equally high   maintenance client...

if he really starts to get heavily dramatic, perhaps BrushJockey can let loose his marauding visigoths on em ...

oooooh, could idea for a chapter in that book..
