Gonna start looking at houses today

TO BUY  ;D thats right 47 years old looking for my first home, long story short, I've lived a life up until a few years back of a LOSER LOL and finally got my chit together and this is what it's brought me, many great and wonderful gifts.


So that said I am pretty darn excited course I gotta be kewl  ;)/; but inside i'm jazzed  ;D hoping to find a good deal in this GREAT market and I only have about 90k to spend but thats ok theres a ton of them of under that price that will be ok.

pictures as soon as I pick one out.

Congrats Vin!!!

Should be a lot of fun, and now that you've got your chit together you know what to look for. Just be careful of hidden problems, like plumbing  ;D

Way to go Vin! I had to sell my home a few years ago; life does hand us some twists and turns, I am determined to be back in the home market again sometime.

Good for you man. When i was looking I wasnt looking for a nice house.... more of the opposite actually. As long as there is potential, good things will happen... and hey if it needs some painting done, i think you may know a guy>? good luck on the hunt and keep us posted...

Thanks guys/gals , saw one nice one but decided to keep looking lots of homes here.

They ALL need paint LOL


3-1/2% interest FHA only 90k trying to get 100k :P

Luck to you Vin. We're closing on a house next Thursday. Seller is a floor guy--Lots of upgrade carpet and wood...

But it screams for paint... :o

Cool Vinny- My wife and i bought our starter home 24 years ago and never left. Now it's paid for- beats the hell out of moving up to a never ending morgage.

OOPESEE guess I should mention YUP I bought a house it closed last month around the 18th I spent a week painting and cleaning it up and I have been so busy these last 4 weeks I still haven't moved all the way in.
