Diving into this job must have required balls of steel.  I salute your bravery, and your skills to back it up.  Very cool "historic" project!

When I eventually buy (or build) my own house, I'm surely flying you out to do any/all wallcoverings that are needed.  Wouldn't even consider anyone else.

You got that right on, Jared! It takes some balls backed up by experience and talent to take on a project like that. I have learned and enjoyed so much from studying here, thanks everyone for so much great info and knowledge that people generously share!

When sizing the liner to "even out the porosity" what do you mean exactly?  I've never heard of anyone doing this... whats the advantages of this?  So the paper dries out uniformly?
