Regular Paint vs. DryLok
« on: May 22, 2009, 11:24:39 AM »
Hello,

I am trying to analyze the cost of painting my bare cinder block basement walls with DryLok extreme vs. regular paint. Does anyone know the expected coverage for regular paint over bare cinder block per gallon? I understand that the cinder block absorbs a lot of paint. How many square feet could I expect to paint per gallon?

Thank you

It varies... A lot.

Are you spraying, rolling, or doing a combo?
The only thing that separates Paint from Pain... Is a t.

Dear Jake,

sorry I didn't reply till now. I was actually planning on probally hiring a painter, so I guess I would let him decide how to apply it.

Thanks!
