HOME OWNER ERROR
« on: November 28, 2009, 10:31:24 PM »
This is a great example of home owner error. Used cheap paint. Paint failed even after almost correct prep.2 bad errors made a big mess.

This is a pic after we sanded with electric sander. The paint was coming off in sheets after just a few month. Looks like he cleaned the dirt off, but did not remove mildew before painting. He sanded, fully primed & painted it. (with cheap paint)

This is what it looks like now. If only he would add some shutters. It just looks to plain.
The sun was so bright this is the best pictures we could get.
