« on: January 23, 2010, 05:18:40 PM »
im so gladd i quit smoking 5yrs ago i did it because of the horror i witness from a couple of family members  last days of life battleing lung cancer its enough for me . so i decided to take control of my life by quitting the damn things my self, but since then ive put on 60lbs and my bp is up my cholesterol up and now ive just been tested for diabetes isnt that great! seems my blood sugar is up also . none of this was an issue when i was smoking .but anyway im not feeling sorry for myself been wanting to be able to fit back in my hockey equipment again maybe its a sign that i better take better care of myself . just very frustrated was wondering if any one else out there has any similar issue

I don't smoke like a chimney but it is all I have left as vices go, Tim can still guzzle some Jack Black, I think. ;D

I know it's an older thread but you can do it if you haven't already done it.
I lost nearly 100 pounds.
I am new to interior painting...2 years ago I could hardly go to the grocery much less paint all day.
I am now 125 pounds and a size 6...from 220 and a size 22.
It can be done.
( oh..and I still eat like a horse....did it through exercise.)
