How Does Your Garden Grow?

I've got 6 acres and have yet to figure out where to put my 1/4 acre "victory" garden...I am (ask anybody up here) an accomplished vegetable gardener and will be subsistance farming again this year once I can figure out where to put the plot. If you saw the property you'd know my dilemma...

I do sweet corn, broccoli (my last had 24" heads  :o ), the usual tubers (spuds, carrots, radish), peppers, peppers, peppers, punkins, zuchs, asparagus (in it's own separate plot), sometimes snap peas, sweet yeller onions, and the wife likes her June-bearing strawbs and an herb garden.

I've done a 1/8 acre plot in the past, but times are being promised by the taxman to be the leanest since the Great Depression, so I'm going bigger. I'll likely need a bigger freezer as well..

Anyone else eating anything besides paint jobs?

...Uh, I mean growing your own...Heh heh heh...

Just yesterday ,I put in ,radish, carrots, turnips, beans, beets, arugula, red lettuce, peas, broccoli, 3 different peppers and an eggplant. This all in my 2, 4 by 12 raised beds, small but efficient for the 2 of us.
