HELP- I'm stuck with my painting machine
« on: May 16, 2010, 10:34:04 AM »
1. I'm using the WAGNER "contractor tough" 3/4HP,.45GPM pumping machine.

2.I'm facing some technical problems, and I don't have the economical ability either for buying a new one,or,to give it to a tech.

3.Since I have a very good tech beckground,I'm sure that any tech info (i.e :schematics, part location scheme...) will help.

4. The problem: It funcions very poor, withot pumping.

I'm not  the spray expert here, but I'll give it a shot.
Spray machines are finicky, especially if they are only occasionally used.
Check to make sure the filters are all clean, that the prime function is working . Check all the parts liquid passes through top make sure there isn't a clog.
Try spraying water first.

Not sure exactly what Wagner rig you have but here is a link to the Wagner product manuals page. The PDF for your machine should have all the tech info.
