In caulking exteriors of wooden window and door sills (and tops) where water exposure and run-off has been a real concern, have you used the above caulks?  Have you used something different that worked better?  What has given the customer the best long-term value for product cost?

I'm a big fan of the Vulkem (mfg by Tremco) polyurethane caulk personally, but I've been introduced to Conklin 360-S Urethane recently through an independent distributor (roofer) and thought it was more than adequte for the job of flexing with movement and helping water move on it's merry way.  I've not tried Sher-Max (SW) but it seems like it would be a cousin to the Conklin 360-S Urethane.  Does BigStretch fall into this same general category?  I'm trying to learn here...

Concerns? Thoughts?  Your experiences with higher grade exterior caulks?

I think I'm going with the spray foam in a can, Great Stuff.  I haven't seen the big gap filler type but I'll look for it.  I already have one can so I'll see how it goes.  I'm sealing the exterior of the house after new siding.  Seems caulk is too big of a job for me if one can of this = 17 tubes of caulk.
