Here we go again, another circle.  What is 100% acrylic latex?  What is acrylic latex?  I'm not using a paint labeled as 100% acrylic so I don't understand why you keep repeating yourself unless this is your game.

The Valspar can says that one can thin with water up to 8oz/gallon.

clarified that in my post #9 "100%acrylic latex i refered to as 100% acrylic.....vinyl latex i refer to as latex.".....just saying
