to paint wooden toys with liquid immersion how to do?
« on: October 07, 2015, 03:46:11 PM »
Hello I have a company that does wooden toys.
At now we paint via spray paint via spray gun, but now we need to automatize the process.

We see a video the link is
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoYesoOUtp4
the interesting part for me is from minut 06:00 to minute 06:45

I need to realize the same system for our wooden toys and also the turning wheel to avoid drops.

The problem is how to do? I am finding on internet, but nothin, how can I do a system like that?

Please
Thanks in advance
 :)

all the tooling seen in the video will need to be fabricated by hand to meet your needs, you will not find anything like that for sale, if you are not familiar with welding or tooling fabrication..you need to consult welding/tooling shop...and maybe go as far as an engineering firm i guess. good luck
I don't do this for a hobby and I'm damn sure I don't need the practice
