welcome....is the oiled deck holding up decently as you are expecting? consider that decks usually require a bit more maintenance when painted with a membrane paint vrs a penetrating stain, i would select my options over observed existing performance...nothing you apply will make the existing coats adhere to the substraights better... so look and see how the paints are doing, if the oil is looking better then oil them all, if the latex is ok then prime the one oiled deck and use latex....you are correct in seeking uniformity instead of a mix mash of oil here latex there....as a particular product, your seasonal climate, area and availabilty will determine what to use so forgive me for not suggesting a particular product, as i can only suggest what i use locally....good luck
I don't do this for a hobby and I'm damn sure I don't need the practice

Before painting the oiled deck need some maintenance. If oil will increase the finish of paint then apply first oil to all the deck area.

• Interior wall paints are formulated to give excellent coverage and good wash-ability.
• Floor enamels are made to withstand abrasion.
• Lacquers are formulated for rapid drying.

You have to make sure that you are using correct equips for the task.  For exterior use you can apply quality latex paints over oil-based, but not the reverse. If you have many layers of oil based paint, stick to using oil on oil. Some manufacturers of latex products will recommend a primer when going over oil-based paint. You can take help from professional painters in palm beach for perfect deck repainting.
