Hi there,
So I have a garden wall that I want to strip the paint from. It's quite large and so doing it manually is out of the question. I've been reading about lots of chemicals and perhaps using a pressure washer to do it. Would something like this do? It says that it could strip paint in the article but I'm not sure how reliable that it.
Alternatively what chemicals would be best for removing paint?
I'm pretty clueless about all this sorry..
Thanks all,
welcome, i have done alot of furniture and cabinets but steer away from those kinds of exterior jobs...dont know if they still make it but there was a product that you apply and then place over it a burlap type covering, then after it has worked its magic, you peel off the burlap and throw it away...when doing that kind of job, containment is priority, powerwashing is going to blow paint chips everywhere, you want to keep all removed material out of the soil, it wont be too long before they have a device that you can simply stick in the soil to check for contamination, which would be a issue when trying to sell the home...good luck
