ICI no longer exists since they were bought out by AkzoNobel a year or so back,  changed the name of the ICI stores to "Glidden Professional",

Here in Winnipeg, Canada they changed there name to "Dulux".
This is the third time they have changed it. Once you explain to your customers who they are they change it. ???

Back to the question.
I also do maintenance painting in a hospital and the original contractor used Gilden Ultra. We were repainting walls there weekly. Then we switched it to GP Envirogard and now only have to paint them twice a year. Kinda putting myself out of work. It seems to hold up to the hand wash stations alot better then anything else we have tried.

the Glidden "Diamond"  trim paint is about the best I have ever used, IMO far superior to Ben Moore or SW and I have used both of their top lines. The Dulux line is comparable to any Ben Moore wall paint ( except Aura)

I agree with rmichael on the dulux line comparable to bm but think Aura isn't as good as it seems. I think that it works great IF you use aura colours. We have tried other bm colours and it didn't cover any better then dulux.  I think they went through the fan deck and picked any colour that covered in one coat. I have used lots of paints from gp, ici, sw, and bm that covered in one over dark colours.
As for the Diamond we have been having problems with it flashing on dark semi-gloss colours. Has anyone else had this problem?
