how to cut in on a 20ft wall

I am getting ready to paint my family room.  It has 20 ft volume ceilings.  How do i cut in where the wall meets the ceiling without falling off my ladder?

Hi Dave,
Please don't fall off the ladder.. and don't stand on the top of a step ladder. You will need to use an extension ladder for the highest points. Before you start buy a pair of rubber mitts for the tips of the ladder, you will also need a pot hook to hang your paint can on a ladder rung, and don't try to paint out of a full bucket, a quart of paint in a gallon bucket is all you will need. Follow the angle guide on the side of the ladder when setting up. If the ladder feet on on a slick surface like hardwood or tile have someone "boot" the ladder by standing at the bottom of the ladder with their feet against the ladder base. Follow all saftey instructions that are printed on the ladder labels. Do all of this and you should be fine. ;)
