what the substraight and the specifications?

substraight= wood? drywall? metal? etc...

specifications= primer? finish?  products? number of coats?
I don't do this for a hobby and I'm damn sure I don't need the practice

Your equation works out to about $2.58 per sq.ft. ( heated floor space) The national average for new construction residential is about $3.65 per sq. ft. (heated floor space) some commercial work comes in lower depending on how complicated and how labor intensive to work is.
