Title: How NOT to remove mirrors.
Post by: NewBraunfelsHandyman on April 07, 2015, 09:06:59 AM
This is a before and after pic of a job we just completed. The homeowner hired a glass and mirror company to come remove mirrors from a home gym. The company dropped off some teenagers and after 7 hours there was 270 holes in the drywall. Some of the holes were thin and others you could put your whole hand into. The glue used to hold up the mirrors penetrated into the drywall. (http://www.newbraunfelshousepainters.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/painters-new-braunfels2.jpg) After a ton of patching, floating, sanding and texturing we got it so you could not tell there was ever a hole in it. Check out some of our other before and after pics for http://www.newbraunfelshousepainters.com/ (http://www.newbraunfelshousepainters.com/) here. Thanks Rich
