Title: paint seepage

whats the best way to paint around the wood trim at bottoms of walls?  i used tape  but always end up with  paint on them anyways from seepage ,i know you aint supposed to put tons of paint on down there but....seems i never get it right...aint there a better way then tape?

Sure...Learn to cut in free-hand...

Sometimes when I've used tape on the baseboards and got "bleed", it was usually a pretty easy fix--I'd just run along the base with a damp cloth and rub the offending seepage from the edge...If painting with oil, the rag is dampened with mineral spirits...
